  My mother is a long-term rehab patient at Chandler Hall. The level of care she has received has been exceptional in every way. Her nurse Ignacy is knowledgeable, empathetic and incredibly responsive. Johana, the CNA is amazing. She cares for my mother as if she is her own family. She takes the highest level of care with every part her job-big tasks and small. She has been a life saver in countless ways throughout our stay. She is smart, capable and so very kind. Her other nurse Winston is very competent, cheerful and warm. The social worker on staff, Christina, goes above and beyond for her clients. She is smart, competent and most important so very caring. Navigating the healthcare system is incredibly challenging particularly when you are physically and emotionally exhausted from caring for a sick loved one. Christina helps by making the caretakers feel taken care of. Her office door is always open and she is always warm and willing to help. Best of all she get things done! Finally, I cant say enough about the Therapy team. They have all worked tirelessly to help my mother. Jackie, Jason, Chris, and Christine are hardworking, empathetic and so very encouraging. My mother felt safe and motivated working with them. Shauna, the speech therapist is an angel. The level of rehab she provided to my mother is unparalleled. She took care of my mother like she was her own and our gratitude for her is immense. Overall our experience has been wonderful. Thank you Chandler Hall.

Your professionalism, compassion, and dedication meant so much to our family during a very difficult time.
