  Very nice . Responsive to our needs when we called to have the fireplace turned on..overall, it was really nice experience and we would rent again. Of course, we didn't like that we got charged $250 extra for a lamp and end table that our granddaughter, who is 5 accidentally tipped over, but it is what it is.We are the ones that caused that and expected we'd have to pay, just thought it wouldn't be so much 🫨 besides that, it was a really good time . We would definitely come back again , maybe next time , getting the insurance for the room LOL 😆

  We were there for a military ceremony-which made the location ideal to Camp Pendleton. Oceanside is a great vibrant city with plenty of things to do. The unit we stayed in was extremely clean and was supplied with anything you may need inside or at the beach. The location was on the beach across from the marina and we watched the surfers all through the day. The amenities were as described and the property was beautiful and meticulous. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

  This was one of the best stays we have ever had. The location is the best. You have the beach footsteps away, a grass area and walkway out front for kids to play, and of course the house was magnificent. It was clean, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. I can’t wait to stay again!

  Absolutely amazing stay! It checked all of our boxes and then some. The view was perfect. The cleanliness was perfect and the bed was amazing! If we come back to visit our son stationed here at Pendleton, we will definitely stay here again.
